How It Works

  1. Data Ingestion

    Processing visual data from floor plans, 3D tours and high-resolution property images.

    Supports: JPG, PDF, Matterport
  2. Feature Extraction

    Computer vision algorithms identify critical features: door widths, step heights and corridor clearance.

    Precision: ±1.5cm
  3. Scoring Logic

    Mapping extracted features against established housing standards (ADA, Part M, Lifetime Homes).

    Output: 0–100 Score

Computer Vision Model

We use a custom-tuned Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) trained on over 300,000 distinct architectural features — from doorways and level changes to grab rails and turning circles.
